Drywallers started last Saturday and within a week's time they have all 3 floors hung and are now taping and mudding. Very fast crew!

They have applied the Pastelcote finish to the brick, color buff. All stone is complete on front of house(not in this pic).

Insulation started this past week. This is the garage. The rest of the house will have a combination of open and closed cell foam. Kind of boring but necessary! Drywall is next...

Trim guy is putting on the Nichiha fiber cement siding. We ordered it primed and painted it to match the color the brick will eventually be painted. Buff

This is the brick bar on patio which will hold the grill etc.
