We have several huge piles of dirt. There are also a couple big piles of rock. Luckily they were able to get everything out with the backhoe. We plan to use the large rock to build a retaining wall.

DD had a good time at our muddy site. Are those Crocs pink or brown?

DS loves to play in the new MAZE.

They put up the forms for the basement walls today.

The next thing that came was the rock. Kids had a ball in this. It's like a big sandbox without the sand.

We have a hole! They dug the basement and got some rock in but then the rain came and kept coming. And so we begin the hurry up and wait game!

Well this is my first time blogging so here we go...

This is our lot. It is an acre and the houses you see will be to the side of our new build. We built some berms and planted trees for some future privacy.
